A Little '1984' on the Way To 2024
- The Ridculous Attempt To Censor RFK Jr. From Testifying About Censorship!
"This is an attempt to censor a censorship hearing."
In addition to the mainstream media's attempt to totally black-out any news that RFK Jr was even running for president; any coverage they did give to him was the media and politicians conspiring to misconstrue Bobby's statements as supposed 'hate speech' and try to have him censored from even being heard at all.

As a key part of the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government on July 18, 2023, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was asked to testify addressing issues related to censorship and defending himself against allegations of making antisemitic and anti-Chinese remarks concerning engineered bioweapons.
Prior to the hearing, Kennedy faced criticism for suggesting that COVID-19 might have been "ethnically targeted" to spare Ashkenazi Jews and Chinese people. These comments were widely condemned as promoting conspiracy theories and exhibiting antisemitic and anti-Chinese sentiments.

Kennedy's initial comments on the matter had been made at a private dinner occasion, and were taken out of context and blasted by mainstream corporate media outlets to apparently smear Kennedy as supposedly being anti-Semitic and trigger shallow-thinking audiences to despise him and not listen to what he was actually saying in his campaign.
During the opening remarks Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), Chairman of the Subcommittee, emphasized the hearing's focus on government censorship and framed Kennedy as a victim of such actions.

While on the other side Jeffrey Epstein-funded Del. Stacey Plaskett (D-Virgin Islands), the Ranking Democrat, criticized the decision to invite Kennedy, accusing Republicans of amplifying conspiracy theories and hate speech.

During his testimony Mr. Kennedy began by invoking his family's legacy, stating, "This is an attempt to censor a censorship hearing."
He defended his previous statements, asserting they were neither racist nor antisemitic, and emphasized his commitment to free speech: "The First Amendment was not written for easy speech; it was written for the speech that nobody likes you for."
In addition to Mrs Plaskett Democratic criticism against RFK Jr. came from Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Florida) confronted Kennedy about his comments, leading to a heated exchange where Kennedy accused her of "slandering" him.

Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz
 * Wasserman-Schultz who was ousted as chairwoman of the DNC after leaked emails showed her role in sabotaging the 2016 Presidential campaign of Bernie Sanders is also known for using identity-politics games to her benefit, amongst other morally-questionable activities. Most recently she made unsupported allegations against former Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard.

It's really starting to seem like the DNC has set Wasserman-Schultz aside to do some of it's scummier more underhanded work. But maybe there's something else going on. I really couldn't claim to know.
Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Virginia) highlighted the consequences of hate speech, referencing incidents of violence linked to such rhetoric.
On the other side of the aisle, Republicans on the panel defended Kennedy's right to speak.
An Ethnic Hate Crime? ... By Whom Really?
RFK Jr's Guilt or Innocence in the Matter?
So were RFK Jr's comments about the potential engineering of the COVID virus a form of hate-speech - whether or not they were made in a public or private setting?

With even a few moments of sincerely looking at his comments in their full context, i would argue that it quickly becomes obvious that his statements were not hate-speech or anti-Semitic or anti-Chinese at all in their intended meaning. Were they unwise? Quite probably so, even though it was a private conversation, in a world racial and ethnic sensitivity has been cranked up to extremes and often toxically weaponised - and more-so where so many powerful influences very much don't want Kennedy to succeed, it's important for him to always keep in mind the ways in which his words can and will be twisted against him.
So I'd say no, RFK Jr's conversational statements while probably quite inadvisable were certainly not anti-Semitic or a hate-crime. ut I hope so. I also hope that someday when RFK Jr is less busy with his political, health-reform and anti-corruption activities that he can come back to this situation and properly sue Wasserman-Schultz and perhaps others for the defamation against him. but that's probably quite far down on his proper 'to-do' list at this point.
The Corporate Mass Media's Mass Hate-Crime
But now, as to the question did the media create a hate crime in this circumstance? I would have to say, very much Yes! The mass media and the giant corporations and investment firms in charge of their outlets took a private conversation out of context, twisted its meaning and widely broadcast to audiences that sadly likely include some who could see this twisted version of Bobby's words as justification for furthering pre-established prejudices and hatreds - and potentially even move them towards tragic violence.

Is there a practical way to hold the guilty media parties liable for their hate crime? I don't know, but I hope so. I also hope that someday when RFK Jr is less busy with his political, health-reform and anti-corruption activities that he can come back to this situation and properly sue Wasserman-Schultz and perhaps others for the defamation against him. but that's probably quite far down on his proper 'to-do' list at this point.
A 'Shadow-Banned' Scientific Paper?
Here, below, is a couple links to the article that RFK Jr was referencing in the infamous recording. Frighteningly almost all traces of it seem to have been scrubbed from Google and other search engines.

When the media first widely reported on RFK Jr's controversial statement about the possibility COVID-19 had been engineered as a bio-weapon to be more dangerous to certain races - I looked the foundational paper up on Google and it was quite easy to find. Now months later, to someone performing a similar search it would likely appear that Bobby was making the whole thing up out of imagination.

After much digging I was again able to locate an online copy of the paper - and here's a link to it:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7360473/

And in PDF format:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7360473/pdf/12916_2020_Article_1673.pdf
Titled: New insights into genetic susceptibility of COVID-19: an ACE2 and TMPRSS2 polymorphism analysis

It's a bit complicated and technical but the article is essentially about the unique genetic susceptibility to COVID-19 of various races based upon specific DNA polymorphisms.
At some point I may try and elaborate upon an explanation of the essentials here - as it is so important to maintain this evidence that RFK Jr was talking about a real study under the auspices of the NIH. It's been hidden - but not fully covered up.
- Please do let me know if at any point the paper is no longer available at that URL. Thanks!
