Who can enter?

The drawing is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry period

The entry period begins on January 3rd 2026 at 6:00 am Pacific Time and ends on February 20th at 12:00 pm (noon) Pacific Time. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.

​

How to enter

To enter, submit a valid email address (and, optionally, your name) via the entry form on the RFK Jr. bust landing page during the entry period. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person, or entries generated by automated methods, may be disqualified.

​

No purchase is required, and making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

​

How winners are chosen and notified

After the entry period closes, eligible entries will be collected, and two winners will be selected at random. The first name drawn will be awarded Prize 1 (the numbered, hand-finished bust). The second name drawn will be awarded Prize 2 (the primed bust).

​

Winners will be contacted by email at the address used to enter within 7 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification email, or if the email cannot be delivered, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

​

Shipping and timing

Prizes will be shipped without charge to winners at a U.S. mailing address they provide, within approximately 1 to 2 weeks after confirmation. Winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

Email updates and privacy

By entering, you agree to receive occasional, focused updates from the studio related to this edition and future releases. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email, and your entry will remain valid. Email addresses will not be sold or shared with third-party marketers.

RFK Jr. First Edition Bust Drawing  (“Promotion”)

​

Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by Commonwealth Castings (operated by S. Herrington) located at PO Box 18119, Portland, Oregon 97218 (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., his campaign, or any related organization, nor by any social media platform on which it may be promoted.

Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win. Participants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time without affecting your entry.

Entry Period
The Promotion begins at 6:00 am  Pacific Time on January 3, 2026 and ends at 12:00 pm (noon) Pacific Time on February 20, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
To enter, during the Entry Period, visit www.rfkjrillustrated.com/rfkj-bust and submit a valid email address (and, optionally, your name) via the Promotion entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated entries or entries submitted by third parties or through other unauthorized methods are not permitted and will be disqualified.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

​

• Prize 1 – Numbered, Hand-Finished RFK Jr. Bust
  One (1) winner will receive a numbered, hand-finished RFK Jr. bust from the First Edition, signed by the artist. ARV: $119.54.

​

• Prize 2 – Primed RFK Jr. Bust
  One (1) winner will receive an unnumbered, primed RFK Jr. bust cast from the same sculpt. ARV: $91.54.

​

Total ARV of all prizes: $211.08.
No cash alternative is available. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

​

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

​

Winner Selection and Notification
On or about February 20, 2026, Sponsor (or its designee) will select the potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within approximately 7 days of the drawing.

​

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days of the notification email, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete any required affidavit or documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

​

Verification of Winners
Potential winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity release and/or a liability waiver within 7 days of receipt. If such documentation is not returned on time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

​

Prize Distribution
Prizes will be shipped without charge to a U.S. mailing address provided by the winners within approximately 1-2 weeks after verification. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with acceptance and receipt of the prize.

​

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) late, lost, or undeliverable mail or email; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property arising out of participation or receipt or use of any prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name (first name, last initial), city and state of residence, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at  https://www.rfkjrillustrated.com/privacy-policy. Entrants acknowledge that by entering they will receive occasional email updates from Sponsor, and that they may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

​

Disputes
The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Washington County, Oregon.
